Backlit Letter Sign Description

How to creatively make a backlit letter sign? Here are some steps to help you build a stylish backlit sign.

1. Front part: laster cut stainless steel base per design, and weld them with stainless steel returns. Polish the product in the whole surfaces and edges. Make painting as per design coloring. 

2. Inside: Install led lights inside the metal cabinet, lights owes CE, ROHS certificates, and soldering the wires, test the lights.

3. Backside: laster cut translucent acrylic screw together with the front part metal letters.

4. Connect the power supply and test lighting.

The backlit letter sign normally could be proceed with painting colors or electro plating into any metal colors like gold, silver, rose gold, bronze, copper etc. All the backlit letter sign front part are hand made exquisite apprearance, with good polishment, and assembly. The sign backsdie normally comes with screws which could help you screw the letters from wall. Or you could just choose to use silicone glue attach them to wall, which is very easy to cut them off from wall when doing mantinance.

Letter Structure:

Front: Stainless steel welded into 2-20cm.

Back: 12mm thick transparent or frosted acrylic screw mount from backside of metal cabinet

Inside: Led strips or Led modules with CE, RoHS and UR certificated;
