Production process

The storefront sign led acrylic letters are cutted 2cm acrylic board as front part,  Frontside is uv printing, or coating into certain PMS colors.  the bright LED lights are installed in the bottom acrylic board 5mm thickess. The shape of the bottom plate is cut with high-precision plasma, the baking paint of the bottom acrylic board is high-quality automotive paint, and the light source is a high-brightness waterproof LED light source or the latest generation of patch lights.
