Product Description
The AMLD series 1030 nm laser diode is a high-performance single-mode laser designed for precision applications. It features a multiquantum well (MQW) chip in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package, integrated with a thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor photodiode, and optical isolator, ensuring stable output, narrow linewidth, and long-term reliability.
The laser diode is fiber-coupled with PM980 polarization-maintaining fiber and supports an optional laser driver with temperature controller. The driver provides precise current and temperature control via RS-232 interface and dedicated control software, allowing external monitoring, stable constant-current operation, and high-precision temperature management.
This laser system is ideal for laboratory experiments, fiber optic testing, industrial applications, and any process requiring high stability and repeatable performance.
