Characteristics:
1. The bit crown is a medium cast surface for medium to hard and abrasive formations.
2. The design of the middle casting surface has the advantages of good stability, good guiding quality and strong impact resistance. The tapered surface has 4 large nozzles for better cleaning of the drill bit and removal of cuttings so that the cutter is not reused to cut cuttings during drilling.
3. The knives (model: 1308) are inserted symmetrically in a staggered pattern, cutting the rock in all directions with a back rake of 15° to 20°. Therefore, the drill bit has a high penetration rate and good stability. This model PDC tool is a comprehensive high-performance tool.
4. The gauge surface is welded with double-row alloy gauge bars in a separate way, which makes the drill bit wear-resistant and has a good protective gauge effect.
