The core configuration machine has a 45-degree sawing unit, which pulverizes and saws the beveled edge outside the reserved straight edge; adopts the principle of simultaneously gluing the straight edge and the beveled edge at one time to achieve the effect of gluing, and is equipped with two sets of pressure rollers for the beveled edge. Press-fit with the straight edge; use sideband slotting to slot the parts that need to be combined, so that the corners of the edge sealing surface are clear; it has a hot air auxiliary unit, which softens the sideband and also adds a secondary coating to the cloth rubber surface.
