CNC Side Hole Drilling Machine With Laser Positioning Double Spindle Motor
The side hole machine mainly completes the function of side drilling the plate after cutting by the cutting machine.
The control system of the side hole machine adopts the method of scanning first and then punching, which has the characteristics of high precision and high speed.
It has 11 working modes, such as opening three-in-one hole, left and right wooden dowel holes, fixed hole, fixed length slot, through slot, blind holes on both sides, blind holes on both sides plus center hole, code scanning, foot plate equidistant and so on. The control system uses the laser ranging sensor to quickly scan the plate, determines the two sides of the plate and the edge of the hole, calculates the hole position or slotting position according to the established working method, and finally performs the punching or slotting operation.
