1. Main Feature

● The automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.

●   The main parts of the machine tool are made of steel structure, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment to ensure stable operation

● The control system is equipped with professional graphics library and profile library, which is easy to operate and efficient.

● The worktable is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .

● The automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.

● The main shaft adopts an air-cooled electric main shaft with a power of 6KW and a rotation speed of 6000 to 18000 revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high reliability.
