Operating on centrifugal sedimentation principles, this horizontal decanter centrifuge processes feed suspension within a high-speed rotating bowl. Material enters through an accelerator unit, where centrifugal force separates solids toward discharge outlets while liquid phases exit through dedicated ports, enabling continuous solid-liquid separation.
This decanter centrifuge achieves complete solid-liquid separation within its rotating bowl assembly. Key structural components include:

The rotating assembly is horizontally supported by two main bearing housings. The scroll conveyor incorporates deep-groove ball bearings and tapered roller bearings.
