TPR PVC shoe edge production line | PVC TPR shoe welt production line consists of: the automatic feeder – extruder (2 coextrusion) – extrusion die – Embossing – seal cooling and shaping device – Synchronous Traction machine – gluing machine – cutting machine or winder, it adopt the co-extrusion technology, can produce two-color, three-color edge of the shoe.

PVC TPR shoe welt has heat and oil resistant and strength, hardness, high bending characteristics; good surface properties, wear-resistant, repairable cut; surface effect is also good, its patterns and colors can be customized , the bottom surface texturing treatment or glue coating treatment is available.
