1.  Quick adjustment: the dosage adjustment is convenient and fast. Just set the volume directly on the touch screen. Considering that the density of vegetable oil at different temperatures leads to different volume settings, we have added an automatic temperature compensation system.

2.  Filling accuracy: it replaces the traditional computational flowmeter launched by our company - through the pulse generator, the rotary coding is more accurate.

3.  Filling speed: instead of the traditional power transmission - pressure self flow, the machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the filling speed, and the efficiency is greatly improved. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily on the panel. The filling accuracy adjustment is promoted by our company, and the filling weight can be set on the touch screen.

4.  It is not affected by seasons. It can be easily filled in summer and winter, and is not limited by oil viscosity. For example, gear oil can also be easily filled. The more viscous the material, the more obvious the advantage of flowmeter filling method.

5.  Simple operation: the operation interface is simple, easy to learn and maintain, and has low requirements for on-site operators. It can be solved with one key by using startup and formula adjustment

6.  There are no wearing parts in the production process, mechanical transmission and low use cost.
