GXQ system full-automatic following lid-screwing machine is made up of cap unscrambler and cap conveyer and cap-screwing system, movement module,conveying mechanism and control system. The whole structure is succinct and convenient to adjust. It is suitable for the automatic cap screwing for 300ml-5L bottle. This is a most recently develop machine of our company. The cap screwing will be finished during the process of products movement.Different from the normal machine which need to pause when cap screwing so that the materials will not shake out from the mouth of the bottleand pollute the bottle’s body.
Features:
1. Frame: The bottom plate is made of high-precision carbon steel thick plate and thickened square tube. After welding, it is treated with rust prevention and outsourcing 304# stainless steel plate.
Main accessories: stainless steel, anodized aluminum alloy, engineering plastics.
2. Conveyor belt: The side plate is bent with 2.5 mm 304# stainless steel plate, the conveyor chain plate is made of engineering plastic POM, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are processed by stainless steel shaft, and the conveyor belt support is welded with round tube 304#.
3. The safety shield adopts transparent PC board or plexiglass. When the machine is running, it will stop automatically when the door is opened.
4. Install LED lighting in the electrical box and mechanical working area for maintenance, and operation. A sound and light alarm lamp post is installed on the top of each machine.
