Equipment Features:
1.Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection parts are all fast-connected.
2.The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, preventing bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity
3.It can also adopt the de-cylinder structure, which can completely empty the material in the material tank, effectively avoiding cross-contamination of materials, and replacing the sealing ring is more convenient and quick.
