Flanged High Temperature PT100 PT1000 Probe for Grill, Electric Oven and Electric Plate PT-RTD53 Series

Brief Introduction:

TR53 series, it can be customized with different working requirements, uses 380℃ PTFE cable or 450℃ glass-fiber mica cable.

Uses one-piece insulated ceramic tube to prevent from short circuit, insurance of voltage-resistance and insulation performance.

Adopts food-grade SS304 tube with RTD sensing chip in, to ensure product work normally at 500℃.

1. PT100, PT500, PT1000 chip is recommended
2. Accuracy: class A, class B
3. Working temperature range: -60℃～+300℃, -60℃～+380℃ or -60℃～+450℃
4. Insulation voltage:1500VAC, 2sec
5. Insulation resistance: 500VDC ≥100MΩ
6. Characteristics curve: TCR=3850ppm/K
7. Long-term stability: the change rate is less than 0.04% when working 1000 hours at maximum temperature
8. 380℃ SS304 braided cable or glass-fiber mica cable is recommended
9. Communication mode: two-wire system, three-wire system, four-wire system
10. Product is compatible with RoHS and REACH certifications.
11. SS304 tube is compatible with FDA and LFGB certifications.
