Brief Introduction:

MFF-31 series thermocouple temperature sensor is mainly used for the measurement of food which have ultra-high sensitivity, high measuring accuracy and good consistency.

This series uses food-grade SS304 tube, adopts technology for shrinkage of SS304 tube front part and wall-thickness control, the smallest diameter can reach 1.7mm, 1.6mm, even1.5mm.

Using the thermocouple wire of “36” diameter and level-1 precision with unique patented technology, the time can be 1.5 seconds for the product(soaked in water) from normal temperature to 100℃.

This series uses PFA material as insulation layer, can be resistant 300℃.

The most often used temperature sensors are thermocouple devices. This is due to the fact that thermocouples exhibit steady performance, a broad temperature measuring range, long-distance signal transmission, etc. They also have a straightforward structure and are simple to operate. Thermocouples make display, recording, and transmission simple by directly converting thermal energy into electrical impulses.
