Large expansion PU foam sealant is an one-component, self-expanding,multipurpose polyurethane foam. This foam will expand and cure
by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with
excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation. Higher expansion rate than normal Pu foam.

CONSTRUCTION ADVICE:
1. Remove surface dust and oil before construction. Spray a little water on the construction surface when the humidity is below 50
°C, otherwise the curing will be slow. 2. Shake the tank for one minute before use. 3. Vertical gap construction from bottom to
top. 4. Please clean the foaming agent and the foaming agent gun with a cleaning agent before the foam is cured. 5. The dry time
is about 5 minutes. It can be cut after 30 minutes. It is recommended to cut after 1 hour, stabilize after 3-5 hours, and fully
cure at 24 hours. 6. This product is not UV-resistant. It is recommended to make a layer of shade or paint on the surface of the
gel to prevent direct light, thus extending the service life. 7. When the temperature is lower than 50 °C, the tank should be
heated with 40-50C warm water to ensure the foam in the tank is finished and the foaming multiple is increased.

puncture. 6. It is strictly forbidden to store or transport inverted or sideways (the valve will be blocked if the inversion time
is too long).
