A series of improvements have been made in the nylon inner gear ring. The injection molding is made of high strength glass fiber nylon 66. The injection temperature is 330C, pressure 9MPA and time 4S. After molding, heat treatment for 1 hours and humidification treatment for 24 hours make the strength higher than that of ordinary nylon 3 times.
