The QSFP28 100G AFBR-89CDHZ is a four-channel, pluggable, multimode fiber optic transceiver designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications. This high-performance module supports short-range multilane data communication and interconnect applications, integrating four data lanes in each direction with each lane operating at 25.78125 Gb/s for an aggregated bandwidth of 103.125 Gb/s.
The transceiver enables optical interoperability up to 100m over 8-fiber or 12-fiber MPO optical multimode OM4 cables. The push-pull tab facilitates easy insertion and extraction in high-density environments. Each electrical lane operates at 25.78125 Gb/s and conforms to the 100GbE CAUI4 interface with IEEE 802.3 Clause 91 RS-FEC.
