This PLR4 module utilizes 4 integrated silicon modulators to create four parallel optical paths, each capable of 10Gbps for an aggregate rate of 40Gbps. It is optimized for 10km fiber links over eight-core single-mode fiber wires with MPO/MTP connectors. The built-in DDM/DOM functions enable real-time monitoring of operational status and diagnostics for voltage, bias current, RX power, and TX power.
