Bailey Bridge is a type of portable, pre-fabricated, truss bridge. It was developed by the British during World War II to provide military access across rivers or other bodies of water. The name comes from its inventor, Donald Bailey, who designed and patented the structure in 1936.

Compact 200 Bailey bridges are developed on the base of compact 100 Bailey bridges providing wider roadway, greater rigidity, greater stability overall, greater fatigue life and more effective structures. With panel height increased to 2.134m, it is an excellent choice for load designs of HS-15, HS-20, HS-25, HL-93 and more.

Installation of the Steel Bailey Bridge:

Method 1 Craning: use of certain tons capacity crane on site, which allows a quick and easy assembly and installation

Method 2 Launching: When the site does not allow crane to work, the Panel Bridge, which can be carried by manpower, can be assembled manually and installed by launching using a pushing device with a limited capacity.
