Custom Fabricated Structural Components
This series includes core load-bearing parts: arch ribs, tie girders, cross-frames and bracing systems, fabricated according to your geometry and load requirements.
We use CNC cutting, 3D roll bending and robotic welding to achieve tight dimensional tolerances even for complex curved shapes. Available steel grades: ASTM A709 Grade 50, A572 Grade 50 and high-performance HPS 70W.
All welds are completed by AWS-certified welders following AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code. Critical joints are inspected by UT or RT to eliminate defects. Factory pre-assembly service is offered to verify fitting and bolt hole alignment before shipment and reduce field adjustment work.
Engineered Decking Systems
- The decking directly bears traffic loads. We supply open-grid steel decks and closed solid plate floors to satisfy different requirements on load bearing, drainage and anti-slip performance.
All deck panels are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM A123, with minimum coating thickness of 3.9 mils (100 μm), effectively resisting moisture and de-icing salt. Optional epoxy anti-slip coating or welded wire mesh improves driving safety.Deck panels connect to underlying girders via shear studs or high-strength bolts to form composite structures for higher overall rigidity and load distribution capacity. Deck systems meet AASHTO HL-93 live load standard and support special heavy vehicle design.
