Overhead Sign Structures
There are several types of overhead sign structures:
* Full-span sign bridge (including four-chord, tri-chord, two chord and monotube configurations)

Full Span Monotube Overhead Sign Support
Monotube sign supports consist of a single horizontal chord supported by a single tapered steel post at each end. The monotube structures are typically made with tapered members instead of pipe members. The chord is comprised of two tapered members, with the large diameter ends connected at the middle of the span. If a long span is required, a pipe member is placed between the tapered members. It can be used for sign support (static panel or DMS), light signals.
Overhead sign supporting structure range from us are designed for standard and specialised signal lighting and sign applications, built to the exact specifications of your local road authority or municipalities, through various process like bending, forming, welding, hot dip galvanization and powder coating. The poles and structures can be powder coated or painted in the colour of your choice or the relevant authority’s requirements.
For material we recommend powder coated galvanized steel poles, these super durable poles are rated for outdoor wet locations. Steel is usually the least expensive and highest strength material for a pole of a given diameter and wall thickness. Steel poles and supports is an excellent choice for projects located in high wind areas and areas that need to withstand large and/or heavy loads and these poles can survive heavy human traffic.
