This mold is built on a standard GCI3540.90120100 mold base and follows the LKM mold standard.

It has a length of 400mm, a width of 400mm, and a height of 386mm. Additionally, the mold features

1 slide and 8 lifters. The design of the mold allows for the production of high-quality parts with

recision and accuracy.

The mold is developed by Chitwing (designed and manufactured)

According to the cost-effective requirement and the demand for mass development at low cost,

the mold is designed with two-plates structure, side gate (pin point gate turns to side gate).

A surface mirror EDM with VDI 10#, and harden the cavity and core, so that the mold has

smoother surface, higher hardness, and better anti-wearing performance, a tool life up to

500K shots, short cycle time and minimized cold slug to meet the needs of mass production
