The Chitwing two-plates mold, incorporating an LKM mold base, delivers outstanding
performance and longevity. Designed with a side gate to ensure optimal material flow,
this mold boasts a lifespan of at least 500,000 shots for extended service life. Its compact
and user-friendly design features a net weight of 155 kg and dimensions of 300mm in
length, 300mm in width, and 291mm in height. Customized for a 110T injection molding
machine (IMM)

By polishing and hardening the mold, significant improvements are achieved in surface
smoothness, hardness, strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, extending the
tool life to 500,000 shots. With stable cavity pressure, the molten PC adheres well to the
inner surface, ensuring that the molded parts have a smooth and precise surface without
flow marks or gas marks, minimizing material loss.
