The mold has a net weight of 310 kg and the injection molding machine (IMM) has a tonnage
of 130 metric tons. Selected surfaces of the mold are polished to MT11010/SPI-A2/SPI-B2
standards, enhancing its smoothness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. This polishing
facilitates the injection molding process, allowing for easy demolding and reduced cycle times.

The cavity and core of the mold are made of 1*2/S136 mold steel, which improves hardness
and corrosion resistance, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring continuous mass
production. The mold uses a hot runner system and one slide. The injection-molded part
is made of PC material, with a net weight of 7.3g and dimensions of 43.75mm in length,
85.49mm in width, and 14.88mm in height.
