The mold has dimensions of (L)250 x (W)250 x (H)251mm and is a two-plates design with
side gate and cold runner system, allowing for easy processing and degating, making it
suitable for mass production. The mold surface is polished to SPI B-2, improving smoothness,
hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, with a tool life of up to 500k shots.
The cavity and core are hardened using 1*4/S136, providing high hardness, corrosion
resistance, and wear resistance, enabling continuous production of stable quality parts with
short cycle times and precise details, free of flow marks and gas marks.
