The mold has dimensions of 250mm in length, 250mm in width, and 251mm in height. It is a

two-plate mold with a side gate and cashew gate, allowing for automatic part separation during

mold opening. The mold offers a short cycle time, easy filling, smooth demolding, and low cost,

meeting customers' cost-effective requirements. The mold life can reach up to 500k shots.

The mold has dimensions of 250mm in length, 250mm in width, and 251mm in height. It

features a cold runner system and is compatible with an injection molding machine (IMM)

tonnage of 100 tons. The mold has a net weight of 94 kg and its surface is polished to

SPI B-2 standards. The injection-molded part weighs 0.22g, is made of PC material, and has

dimensions of 8.24 x 8.21 x 2.72mm. The cavity and core steel are made of 1*4/S136 mold

steel, which is hardened.
