This product utilizes standard a mold base (P/N: FCI2735 080609) adhering to the LKM standard. The mold has dimensions of [L320mm] [W350mm] [H326mm]. It features a pin point gate and is designed for injection with PC material. The surface finish is polished to SPI B-2 standard. The mold has 2 slides and the cavity and core are hardened with 1*4/S136 steel. It is a three-plates mold with a tool life of 500k shots.
