The mold part is constructed using an LKM mold base and designed with a cold runner system. The surface of the mold has been etched with MT11010, and certain areas have undergone EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) using VDI27# (Makino) and LKM standard. The mold has a size of 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 429mm in height. It features a pin point gate for injection. The tool life of the mold is expected to be 500,000 shots. |
| The mold structure consists of three plates, with a hardened cavity and core made of S136 steel (1*1) and a hardened surface with a hardness greater than 600HV. Additionally, the mold includes 2 slides and 18 lifters. The net weight of the mold is 482kg, and it is suitable for an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 110T. |
| The injection molded parts are made from a PC+ABS material. The net weight of the injection part is 15g, and its dimensions are 158.51mm x 47.92mm x 70.83mm. |
