This three-plate mold features a cold runner system and a side gate design, replacing the previous pin point gate. It is designed for easy demolding without the need for post-processing. |
| The cavity and core of the mold are made of hardened steel (1*2/S136). The mold surface can be finished with either MT11010 etching or VDI18# EDM (Makino) for different requirements. |
