The mold is a three-plates mold with a size of 280mm in length, 270mm in width, and 296mm in height. It is based on the standard mold base P/N: FCI2327 608080 and follows the LKM standard. The mold has a net weight of 132 kg and is suitable for an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 140T. It has a tool life of up to 500k shots.

The gate used in the mold is a sub gate.
For the surface finish, the housing has an A surface VDI24 etch and the inner surface is EDM with VDI24# (Charmilles). The bracket has an A surface EDM with VDI27# (Makino) and the gluing surface is EDM with VDI21# (Makino).

The part material used in the mold is PC, and the cavity and core steel are hardened with 1+1/S136. The injection/runner type is a cold runner.
