This mold is a custom mold base called ED3035 1 set A70-B100-C100. It is designed to produce parts with a size of 350x400x351 and a net weight of 277kg. The mold uses a sub gate, which is flexible in position and self-degating to minimize gate marks. It is a two-plates mold, specifically a side gate mold, following the general plastic mold standard LKM in China. The mold is suitable for an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 110T. The part material used is PC, and the injection/runner type is a hot runner system. The mold also includes 2 slides, 2 angled slides, and 2 lifters.

The surface of the molded parts is treated with a VDI24 etch, resulting in a nice and clear part surface without flow marks. The cavity and core of the mold are made of 1+1/S136 hardened steel, providing high hardness and good anti-wearing and anti-corrosion performance. The mold has a tool life of 500k shots.
