The mold base P/N is FCI2735 6011080. It is a three-plates mold with a mold size of 270465356mm. The gate type used is a pin point gate combined with a submarine gate. The mold has a life expectancy of 500k shots and weighs 357kg. It is designed to be used with an injection molding machine of 200T.

The part produced by this mold is made of PA (transparent) and PA + 60% GF (black), with a weight of 2.2g and dimensions of 26.42 X 42.24 X 5.79mm. The surface finish of the mold includes an A surface EDM with SPI-A2, an A surface EDM with SPI-B2, and an A surface EDM with VDI24# (Makino).
