| The mold is a three-plates mold with a size of 270 X 465 X 356mm. It is built on the FCI2735 6011080 mold base and features a pin point gate and submarine gate. The standard used for this mold is LKM. With a mold life of 500k shots, it is designed for double-shot molding. |
| The mold weighs 357kg and requires an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 200T. The parts produced from this mold can be made of either transparent PA or black PA + 60% GF. The part size is 26.42 X 42.24 X 5.79mm, with a net weight of about 2.2g per piece. The surface finish of the parts includes A surface EDM with SPI-A2, A surface EDM with SPI-B2, and A surface EDM with VDI24# (Makino).
