Chitwing utilizes advanced processing technology to develop and manufacture the mold. The mold undergoes a meticulous surface treatment process, including polishing with 800# sandpaper and texturing. The large A surface is subjected to EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) using VDI27# (Makino), while other large surfaces are EDM processed with VDI30# (Makino). The cavity and core are hardened using 1*1/S136 material, ensuring a hardness level of ≥ 50HRC. The mold surface is meticulously inspected to ensure it is free from defects. Notably, the mold offers smooth ejection, a service life of up to 500k shots, and exceptional cost performance.
