This meticulously crafted two-plate mold was constructed according to the renowned LKM molding standard. Situated on a GCI3540.90120100 base, its impressive dimensions of 400mm x 400mm x 386mm are complemented by 8 lifting slides and a seamlessly integrated side gate.
The intricately designed cold runner system minimizes gate marks through precise engineering. Mirror-finished to a lustrous VDI 10# standard via EDM, the molded parts release without adhesion, thanks to the minimized roughness.
Reinforced with Harden 1*1/S136 injection steel of paramount strength, key components including the core, inserts and bushings withstand rigorous molding cycles. All are forged from over 40HRC steel and undergo a surface hardening process, resulting in unmatched hardness and wear-resistance.
Under stable cavity pressures, the mold produces parts with uniform 10g weight, 130.92 X 165.60 X 62.06mm dimensions, and intricate details free of gas marks or flow lines. PC parts release from this mold with flawless surfaces even after 500,000 shots.
