The LKM mold base is utilized to construct the mold part, which is specifically designed with a cold runner system. To enhance its surface, the mold has been etched with MT11010, and certain areas have undergone EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) using VDI27# (Makino) and LKM standard. With dimensions of 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 429mm in height, the mold incorporates a pin point gate for injection. It is anticipated that the mold will have a tool life of 500,000 shots. |
| The mold configuration comprises three plates, featuring a solid cavity and core crafted from S136 steel, along with a hardened surface boasting a hardness exceeding 600HV. Furthermore, the mold is equipped with 2 slides and 18 lifters. Weighing in at 482kg, this mold is compatible with an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 110T. |
| The injection-molded components are manufactured using a PC+ABS composite material. The injection part has a net weight of 15g, with dimensions measuring 158.51mm x 47.92mm x 70.83mm. |
