It is etched with MT11010 on the surface, and specific regions are subjected to EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) using VDI27# (Makino) and LKM standard. The mold measures 400mm in length, 450mm in width, and 429mm in height. A pin point gate is utilized for the mold gate. |

The mold is designed to withstand up to 500,000 shots during its tool life. It is constructed with a three-plates configuration, including a hardened cavity and core composed of S136 steel with a surface hardness exceeding 600HV. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 slides and 18 lifters. The total weight of the mold is 482kg, and it is compatible with an injection molding machine that has a tonnage of 110T. |
| The PC+ABS material is used to manufacture the injection molded components. The injection part weighs 15g and has dimensions of 158.51mm length, 47.92mm width, and 70.83mm height. |
