| The mold base utilized is the standard mold base identified by part number FCI2530.608080, featuring dimensions of 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 306mm in height. Weighing 166kg, this mold boasts a tool life of 500,000 shots. This particular mold is a three-plates mold that eliminates the need for post-processing and enables automatic demolding. It is designed with a cold runner injection/runner type and a side gate, with the pin point gate converted to the side gate. |

The mold's cavity and core are constructed from hardened steel (1*2/S136). There are two choices for the mold's surface finish: 1) A surface treated with MT11010 etch, and 2) Other surfaces treated with EDM using VDI18# (Makino).
