The mold is designed with pin point gate turns to side gate. Sprue bushing can set at center

of mold base for stable molding. Mold weight 181kg, fits 200T machine.

short: 0.2g 2nd short:0.1g

This is a 2k mold for cost-effective consideration. A surface polished to SPI-A1; Cavity and core

are hardened with 4+4/S136, so that the mold has high hardness and anti-wearing performance

and is more suitable for PC+ABS/TPU double-shot molding. The cavity has high polished, so

that the part has smooth molding surface, with no flash, minimized material loss, good bonding

of 2 materials. The tool life is up to 500k shots.
