Products and services:
Stainless Steel Plates are obtained from straight chromium it is also known as non-hardenable grade due to its ferritic nature. It offers excellent corrosion and heat resistance properties and as compared to chromium-nickel grades. SS 430 PLATES is a combination of useful mechanical properties, formability, and good corrosion resistance. This grade is good at welding and higher machinability. Thus, offers high strength and can be easily formed, drawn, worked and bent.

Testing details:
Stainless steel plates are immediately sent to various testing process after manufacturing. Testing ensures product quality in terms of best service and quality production. The main purpose of performing tests is to analyze mechanical, technical, and chemical properties of the product. Tests such as flattering test, flaring test, hardness test, bending test, etc are done to test technical properties whereas Mechanical properties such as yield strength, elongation, and tensile strength are tested as well as Third party inspection, intergranular corrosion test and positive material identification test is also performed. These entire tests are performed according to the industrial norms.
Packing details
Protective Film
1. Double layer or single layer.
2. Black and white PE film/Laser (POLI) film.
Packing Details
1. Wrap with waterproof paper.
2. Cardboard encase all packs of the sheet.
3. The strap aligned with edge protection.
Packing Case
Strong wooden case, metal pallet and customized pallet are acceptable.
