WHAT IS EMBOSSING ?
Embossed finish is processed by concave and convex mold, forming stainless steel under a certain pressure. It’s produced by rolling the pattern into the sheet. After embossing the stainless steel surface showing a depth of different pattern and texture, and has the obvious emboss stereo feeling.

Our core products are stainless steel coils and sheets of 200, 300, 400 series, coil and sheet surface finishing products. The width covers 510-750mm, 1219mm,1240mm,1250mm and 1500mm the thickness between 0.3mm and 3.0mm. The finishes include NO.1, 2D,2E, 2B, 2BB, BA,No.4 dull polish, 8K, mirror ti-gold, rose gold, black ti-gold, vibration, copper, AFP, etc.

Stainless steel sheet packaging and loading
1. Each sheet is covered with single layer or double layers of 7C protective film and either PVC or laser film can be chosen.
2. Around 100 to 150pcs are packed by one wooden case.
3. A large piece of waterproof paper is put at the bottom of each wooden case, which is used to wrap the stainless steel sheets.
4. 1pc of cardboard is put on the top of waterproof paper and the top of upper sheet each to protect the sheets well.
5. The four sides of the wooden case are protected by aluminum L grooves.

20ft GP: 5.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about 24-26CBM
40ft GP: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about 54CBM
40ft HG: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.72m(high) about 68CBM
