KK-YD320Q/324Q  disc type three color air blower,comebined with high performance mould closing system and selective program control system,to cooperate with all kinds of moulds,and using foam or unfoamed PVC,TPR materials,specializing in the production of single color and double color sole,hunt slippers,sandls,and non-blow plastic shoes.

Character:

1.Equipping with gassing strycture,the products are qualitative light,soft,the weight is less 20% - 30% which compares with the traditinal method of production.

2.it can be equipped with automatic pry die manipulator,highly reducing the labor intensity.

3.Accurate mechanism design,could be accommodated larger mould,and to be equipped with cooling system.meanwhile,the products are mre perfect.

4.All process are controlled by PLC and man-manchine interface,it makes the processes accurate,and more conveniently operating.

5.To be equipped with various prodtection switch,make for protecting the equipment components and the safety of operator.
