PM150RSE120 is Mitsubishi 4th generation 6-pack IPM intelligent power module rated 1200V 150A, the core inverter component for Mitsubishi Lingyun, HOPE, GPS elevator control cabinets. It integrates 3-phase inverter, brake circuit, drive chip and multi-protection functions to regulate traction motor speed, realizing smooth elevator start, acceleration and precise leveling.
