KM942078G01 is an original electromagnetic brake designed for KONE MX14 gearless traction machines. This upgraded replacement for KM942078 is available in 2970N and 4130N braking force with a 41W coil. As a core safety component for machine-room-less KONE elevators, it releases when powered and locks the traction wheel instantly when power cuts off.
Built-in monitoring switch feeds back brake opening/closing signals to prevent car sliding. Fully compliant with EN81 lift safety standards, this brake is widely used in residential, office, and commercial buildings with MX14 host systems.
