FEATURES of Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier
- Adopt German Simens PLC Program Controller and Temp. module.
- Adopt large flow blower which has a better dehumidifying effect than normal blowers.
- Unique dual-tower molecular sieve design achieves good effect through dehumidifying of molecular sieve by hot air, energy-saving and efficient.
- Equipped with return air filter ensures no contamination to the molecular sieve.
- Auto-adjust dry air quantity and temp. according to usage of material, prevent over-heating or thermal degradation of plastic resin.
- Dew point can be as low as -70oC.
APPLICATION of Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier
OTD Twin-tower Desiccant Dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics or regrind materials. Under ideal conditions, the dew-point of dehumidified dry air can be lower than -70oC, the largest of which can provide dry air up to a quantity of 3,800 m3/hr.

APPLICATION CASES of Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier
OTD Twin-tower desiccant dehumidifiers features in lowest dew point with the driest air to achieve the best drying effect for hygroscopic plastic resins, like PET. It can achieve the lowest dew point of less than -70 degrees, but it consumes more energy than the honeycomb rotor dehumidifier to get a similar drying effect. It is suitable for the plastic process which needs fast-drying and have good value-added products.
