Application

The plastic resin is loaded by the vacuum loader to the drying hopper, after drying, the dried resin is loaded to the feeding port of the molding machine. It's suitable for normal plastic resin drying, not suitable for hygroscopic resin drying. For drying of hygroscopic plastic granules, low dew-point dehumidifying dryers are needed for drying.

This kind of drying loaders is always applied for engineering plastic resin drying, and for production of normal plastic parts. If you want to dry hygroscopic plastic materials, like PET, PA, PC, TPU and etc. Dehumidifying Dryers are recommended for application.

The heater of the Stainless steel hopper dryer is located at the rear of the electrical cabinet, and there is a space between the heater shell and the electrical cabinet. In this way, the heat from the heater won't affect the performance of the electric parts in the cabinet. The electrical cabinet and the heater is connected to the hopper body by fast-assembling clamp for easy repairing or maintenance.

For small capacity OHD-O hopper dryers with strict standard for dust removing, unique filter is equipped for the machine, the dust in the ambient air can be eliminated by 99% from entering into the hopper to pollute the plastic material.

Audible alarm is standard part of the machine, it will sound alarm to remind the operator once there is any error occur. Multiple safetyp measures ensures good and stable performance of the machine
