Other Advantages
- We apply LCD control displays which can simultaneously displays temperature figure of the cold water and the set temperature in control panel. It is easy to operate with accuracy of controlling water temperature within 5℃ to 30℃ (for special requirement, the min. temperature can reach -5 degrees without freezing).
- We use world famous brand compressors which features lower noise and less vibration, efficient, stable and energy saving in use.
- The shell and tube evaporator and condensor adopt high-precision internal threaded copper tube design with larger heat exchanging area for higher efficiency and maximizing system performance.
- We use well-known brand pumps with large working range, low noise, reliable performance and no leakage and maintenance-free in all our OCM chillers.
- Instead of using capillary copper tube, our application of aviation hose is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and will not cause refrigerant leakage due to excessive pressure, it is safer and more reliable than normal copper tubes.
Application Cases
Air-cooled cooling machine is convenient for movement, flexible for different applications. There is no need outer water circulation for cooling the heat back from the mold. The heat is evaporated throught the fan at the top of the OCM-A. If OCM-A is placed outside the factory, extra shelter is a must for preventing the rain or water from entering and damaging the machine., just like the simple shelter in the above picture.
