Pre-cleaning

The workpieces shall be checked and cleaned manually to remove accumulated oil, rust, debris, etc. This process only includes lighting and operation tower, without other equipment.

Torrent washing

Function: wash off the iron powder attached to the workpiece surface.

Normal temperature water is used for spraying, with spraying pressure of 0.1~0.2MPa and flow of 600~800L/min.

Pre-degreasing

Pre-degreasing is a process of heating solution for soaking and spraying. It is composed of chamber, tank, spray circulating pump, oil-water separator, heat exchanger in tank, burner, nozzle, valve, piping, etc.

The tank liquid temperature is 45~60 ℃, and the spraying pressure is 0.2MPa.
