Installation Requirements
The DC type freewheel cage must be installed in a design that provides races, bearing support for axial and radial loads, lubrication, and sealing. Inner and outer races must have minimum plain width without recesses to ensure proper function.
Material Specifications
For case-hardened steel shafts or housings: surface hardness HRC 60-62 (minimum 0.6mm depth), core hardness HRC 35-45.
