Separable Roller Followers with Cage
MOUETTE manufactures durable roller followers featuring needle rollers embedded in a thick outer ring, specifically engineered for smooth outer ring rotation. Available in crowned and cylindrical outer ring styles to meet diverse application requirements.
Key Design Features
- Crowned outer rings mitigate end loads caused by installation errors
- Cylindrical outer rings provide greater contact with mating track surfaces for heavy loads or tracks with low surface hardness
- Ideal for cam mechanisms and linear guidance in conveying equipment
Separable Design Advantages
NAST Series separable roller follower bearings combine an outer ring, inner ring, and needle cage for excellent high-speed performance. Each component is separable, with styles available with or without inner rings. Inner ring inner diameters range from 7 to 60 mm.
Three Structural Configurations
- Open Style: Available for separable roller followers
- Shield Style: Features narrow clearances between outer rings and stud collars, and between outer rings and end plates to form labyrinth seals
- Sealed Style: Equipped with synthetic rubber seals to prevent dust and dirt from entering the bearing
